Paradiski Ski Resort Review

Paradiski is one of the biggest and most varied ski resorts in the world, with three glaciers, two peaks above 3000m, 425 km of pistes and a huge range of off-piste skiing.

La Plagne and Les Arcs are connect by the huge, 200 person, double decker ‘Vanoise Express’ cable car, which takes 4 minutes to cover the 2km which separates La Plagne from Les Arcs

Serious skiers are often attracted to Arc 2000 with its proximity to the Aiguille Rouge glacier and fantastic doorstep skiing.

The latest addition Arc 1950 is a new village resort built in a Disney style.

La Plagne comprises some ten villages, each with its own character and infrastructure. All share the same vast ski area and are linked to at least one other by a bus or cable car service until 1am.

The aptly named Belle Plagne is built in chalet style and is the most scenic. Plagne Soleil, Centre and Village are situated in a sunny bowl and offer great piste access. Aime la Plagne is the highest of the ten resorts and its impressive position is particularly appreciated by keen skiers.

La Plagne is connected to Les Arcs by the double decker Vanoise Express cable car.

The Vanoise Express Cable Car
