I’m a bit too old to do a “week-long whirlwind of world class DJs and bands” that is Snowbombing, but I know lots of people who aren’t and they put lots of videos on YouTube.
Mayrhofen is our favourite ski resort and you’ll find us there most seasons. So, maybe we’ll stick around for a few days next Spring to sample a bit of Snowbombing. Maybe I’m not too old for that!
In 2020, the week what was to be Snowbombing (Mon 13th – Sat 18th April) was during the worldwide lock-down. Instead, the World’s Greatest Show on Snow went virtual. They delivered an eclectic array of live streamed shows powered by Kopparberg and supporting the National Emergencies Trust (NET). I suspect Snowbombing will be back bigger and better in 2021, sign up now.
