The Best Skiing in British Columbia.

British Columbia is home to some of the world’s most reliable snowfall, making it an ideal destination for a ski holiday.

For me, July skiing is a day in the Snowy Mountains, Australia (another story). Otherwise, I haven’t actually skied in the Southern Hemisphere.

Vail does have a lot going for it. It is one of the best ski resorts in the Americas for a reason, well for lots of reasons. Like Nothing on Earth.

Alta Ski Resort, Utah is located 2km beyond Snowbird. It offers 2,200 acres of terrain and 116 runs serviced by a range of lifts.

Brides les Bains is a gateway to the ski resorts of Les 3 Vallees, one of the best ski resorts in France, the Alps, via a gondola ride.

Meribel comprises 4 villages, together they are known as the heart of Les 3 Vallees, sitting as it does between Courchevel and Val Thoren

The ski resorts known as Courchevel would be sufficient to make the list of the best ski resorts in the World, but are part of Les 3 Vallees.

Zermatt ski resort is a pedestrian only town. Most of the tourist accommodation will arrange transport of you and your luggage.
