New Ski Resort Being Built in Uzbekistan.
In Uzbekistan, near Tashkent, they are building a world-class mountain and ski resort from scratch! Work on creating the ski resort of Amirsoy has begun and the first phase of it will be open for the 2018-19 season. The full programme of works is due for completion in 2022. The resort will be 900 hectares on the northern slopes of the Maigashkan mountain.
